Job Description

The Overseas Admission Counsellor will be responsible for managing both B2C student admissions and B2B institutional partnerships. The role involves mandatory lead conversion, building channel partnerships, conducting professional presentations, and driving revenue through student enrollments and institutional tie-ups.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:-

1️⃣ Lead Management & Conversion (Mandatory)Handle inbound and outbound leads for overseas education.

  • Counsel students and parents and convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
  • Maintain high lead-to-admission conversion ratios.
  • Follow structured follow-up processes.
  • Use CRM for pipeline management.

2️⃣ B2B Partnerships & Institutional Tie-UpsIdentify and onboard partner colleges, institutes, agents, and training centers.

  • Develop referral and revenue-sharing models.
  • Manage relationships with coaching centers, schools, and corporates.
  • Conduct partner onboarding and performance reviews.

3️⃣ PPT Presentations & Business DevelopmentPrepare and deliver professional PPT presentations for:


  • Partner institutes
  • Schools & colleges
  • Corporate clients
  • Seminars & webinars
  • Represent Career Comrade in education fairs and events.
  • Pitch overseas programs and partnership models.

4️⃣ Student Counseling & Profile EvaluationEvaluate academic background, financial capacity, and career goals.

  • Shortlist universities and countries accordingly.
  • Guide students on intake planning, scholarships, and funding options.

5️⃣ Application & Documentation HandlingManage end-to-end application processing.

  • Review SOP, LOR, resumes, and transcripts.
  • Coordinate with university partners and admission offices.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission.

6️⃣ Test Prep & Skill Development Support Counsel students for IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, PTE.

  • Coordinate with internal and external training partners.
  • Guide students for profile enhancement.

7️⃣ Visa & Pre-Departure Support Assist in visa documentation and interview preparation.

  • Provide pre-departure briefings and travel guidance.

8️⃣ Sales Targets, Reporting & CRM Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Track B2B and B2C revenue separately.

9️⃣ Marketing & Brand Representation Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and info sessions.
  • Promote Career Comrade’s brand at partner locations.
