Job Description
- Execute daily packaging activities as per the job ticket and order sheet
- Maintain accuracy in packing items as per client specifications (branding, gift items, labeling, etc.)
- Ensure the packaging is clean, presentable, and damage-free before dispatch
- Coordinate with the stock team to ensure correct products are picked and available for packing
- Follow company SOPs for packaging layout, space utilization, and material handling
- Maintain records of packaging materials used and update consumption logs
- Ensure proper labeling of each package including recipient details, branding, or QR codes if applicable
- Assist in bulk packing for large corporate orders and ensure timely completion
- Alert the supervisor in case of shortages, defects, or quality issues
- Maintain hygiene and organization at the packaging workstation
- Follow safety protocols and report incidents or hazards promptly
