Packing & Machine Operator (Hands-on Role)

📍 Ashok Nagar, Bangalore

This is a hands-on job (NOT a desk job)

Work involves machine operation, packing, and dispatch

💼 Work includes:

• Operating coffee packing machine

• Packing and labeling products

• Maintaining cleanliness of machine & work area

• Learning basic machine setup, adjustments & troubleshooting (training provided)

• Helping with order dispatch

💰 Salary

• ₹20,000/month
• ₹18,000 fixed + ₹2,000 incentive
• Incentive is easy to earn - based on timeliness, cleanliness of machine/workstation, and packing accuracy.
• Annual Bonus: ₹30,000 
• Fixed bonus, paid on completion of 12 months

🕒 Working Days:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
• Saturday: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (half day)

✅ Who can apply:

• Comfortable with hands-on work and working on the production floor
• Okay with repetitive tasks for long periods
• Willingness to learn basic computer/mobile-based tasks for simple tracking and coordination
• Ability to understand basic English for reading and adjusting machine settings
• Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or factory work is a plus (not mandatory)
• ITI diploma (mechanical/electrical) or machine experience is a plus (not mandatory)
