We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our company as a Senior Payment authorisation specialist , They will payment verification and billing queries and provide excellent service to international clients. Should be experienced in Retention, telly calling. { Highly recommended candidates if they have experience with US banking process}
Requirements
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English preferably American accent
* Prior experience in billing, retention, collection, worked with US/UK clients.
* Ability to work in night shifts.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
