PCB Testing Engineer-BE ECE/EEE

Required Qualifications : ITI / Diploma / BE / Bsc in electronics, Male / Female.

Experience : Freshers / Minimum one year experience in testing of PCBs.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in kannada.

Technical requirements

Must be well versed with electronics basics, should be well versed with drawings, technical documents

and circuits.

Must be well versed with using oscilloscope and power measuring instruments.

Excellent vision including the ability to distinguish between colors and varying shades of color.

High presence of mind.

Ability to read screen-printing symbols and component values.

Able to comprehend BOM.

BOM update (confirmation from engineering head).m

Serious and responsible personilty with thorough understanding of risk factors of

deviations and non-compliance.

Brief Job profile

Conducts visual inspection, routine tests, parameters, measurement tests as per the testing proceedures -

confirming to specification, communicating NC and required adjustments to production.

Heatrun, document test reports and keenly observing critical and sensitive parameters, temperature rise,

audible observation for any abnormality.

Root cause analysis of the service issues, document the same for weekly analysis and actively involve in

corrective and preventive action.

R&D to production interface

Build prototypes using documents from R&D, Interact with R&D while prototype evaluation, co-ordinate

to get the document modified as per evaluation and standardise the drawings and documents to

regularise for production.
