Are you a data-driven marketer who understands how D2C brands actually scale?

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who goes beyond ROAS and understands CAC, MER, LTV, AOV & profitability-driven growth. 🎯

📌 Key Responsibilities:

 ✅ Plan, execute & scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube & other performance channels

 ✅ Manage & optimize budgets with a strong focus on CAC, MER & contribution margins

 ✅ Handle Shopify-based D2C campaigns with deep funnel understanding

 ✅ Improve Conversion Rate (CRO) — landing pages, PDP, checkout optimization

 ✅ Run structured A/B testing (creatives, hooks, audiences, offers)

 ✅ Manage attribution, GA4, Meta Pixel + CAPI (server-side tracking preferred)

 ✅ Work on full-funnel strategy (TOF / MOF / BOF) & remarketing flows

 ✅ Collaborate with content, creative & growth teams

 ✅ Stay updated with modern D2C trends, algorithm shifts & performance frameworks

🎓 Requirements:

 🔹 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing (D2C preferred)

 🔹 Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads & scaling Shopify brands

 🔹 Strong understanding of CRO, funnel optimization & retention strategy

 🔹 Experience with GA4, conversion tracking & attribution models

 🔹 Knowledge of UGC performance creatives & creative testing frameworks

 🔹 Analytical mindset with strong ownership attitude

 🔹 Clear communication & reporting skills
