We work 6 days a week, Monday to Friday timing 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM & Sunday Holiday.

 

Benefits Insurance / Bonus / Gratuity / Leaves all as per Labour Law + Yearly Increment + Travel Allowance + Retention Bonus after completion of 5 years of duty, Salary negotiable based on experiences.

 

Basic requirement: Fluent English Speaking, Good Typing speed & preferably Kannada Speaking, knowledge of MS Excel with V Lookup, PIVO Table, Spread sheet, Table sum Formulas, PPT & Microsoft Outlook Emails.

 

Appearance  & Possess : Smart Looking, Well Groomed, Presentable, Dynamic Approach & Holding valid Passport, 4 / 2 Wheeler Driving licences and driving capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Scheduling and Calendar Management

Personal assistants manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and ensure the employer’s day runs smoothly, maintaining organized and efficient scheduling systems. They often must juggle multiple conflicting appointments and prioritize effectively.


2. Managing Communication

A key part of the personal assistant role involves handling communication, including answering emails, managing phone calls, and ensuring clear communication internally and externally. Personal assistants frequently act as gatekeepers, screening calls and messages to ensure only relevant information reaches their employer.


3. Organizing Travel Arrangements

Personal assistants often arrange travel logistics, such as booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing detailed travel itineraries to ensure seamless trips. Attention to detail and proactive planning are essential to prevent travel-related disruptions.


4. Providing Administrative Support

Administrative tasks like preparing documents, creating reports, maintaining databases, filing paperwork, and performing other general office duties are central to the personal assistant role. These tasks require proficiency in office software and excellent organizational skills.


5. Coordinating Meetings

Personal assistants set up meetings, draft agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items to keep projects moving forward effectively. They ensure participants are well-informed and meetings run efficiently, thereby boosting workplace productivity.
