Job Title Business Operations Executive – Pest Control Services

Role OverviewThe Business Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring service quality, managing technicians, handling customer coordination, and supporting business growth in a pest control company. This role acts as a bridge between sales, technicians, vendors, and customers.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities

• 1️⃣ Operations Management Plan, schedule, and monitor daily pest control service operations
• Allocate technicians based on route, service type, and urgency
• Ensure timely completion of residential, commercial, and industrial services
• Monitor service productivity and minimize delays or rescheduling
• 2️⃣ Technician Coordination & Supervision Assign work orders to technicians and track attendance
• Ensure technicians follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor use of chemicals, equipment, and safety gear
• Arrange training for new technicians on treatment methods & safety
• 3️⃣ Customer Coordination & Service Quality Handle customer queries, complaints, and service follow-ups
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate revisits, warranty services, and AMC renewals
• Maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• 4️⃣ Compliance & Safety ManagementEnsure compliance with government pest control regulations
• Maintain chemical usage records and safety data sheets (MSDS)
• Ensure technicians follow safety and environmental guidelines
• Support audits and inspections if required
• 5️⃣ Inventory & Vendor Management Monitor stock of chemicals, equipment, and consumables
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement
• Maintain inventory registers and control wastage
• Track expiry dates of chemicals
• 6️⃣ MIS & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports
• Track KPIs such as service completion rate, technician efficiency, and customer complaints
• Maintain service records, invoices, and job sheets
• 7️⃣ Support to Sales & Business Growth Coordinate with sales team for new client onboarding
• Support site inspections and service proposals
• Assist in AMC execution and upselling opportunities
• Help improve operational processes to reduce costs
• Required Skills & Qualifications🎓 EducationAny Graduate / Diploma (Operations / Management preferred)
• 🧠 SkillsStrong coordination and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of pest control services (training can be provided)
• Good computer skills (Excel, CRM, MIS)
• Problem-solving and multitasking ability
• Customer-focused mindset
• Experience1–4 years in operations / service industry
• Experience in pest control, facility management, or field services is a plus
