About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Video & Photo Editor to join our growing team. You’ll work on brand collaborations, professional photoshoots, marketing campaigns, and portfolio content, transforming raw footage into high-quality, engaging visuals that align with brand identity and marketing goals.

If you have a strong visual sense, love storytelling through visuals, and enjoy working with brands, this role is for you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Edit photos and videos for brand collaborations, campaigns, and social media platforms
• Create visually appealing content for websites, portfolios, promotions, and ads
• Perform colour correction, retouching, and image enhancement
• Edit videos including cuts, transitions, captions, effects, and basic motion graphics
• Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and marketing teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Optimize content for platforms such as Instagram, Reels, YouTube, Shorts, and Ads

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven skills in photo and video editing
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects (basic to intermediate)
• Strong understanding of composition, colour grading, and visual storytelling
• Knowledge of current social media trends and formats
• Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset
• Ability to accept feedback and revise work accordingly

⭐ Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience working on brand shoots or influencer collaborations
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations
• Understanding of camera formats, resolutions, and export settings
• A strong portfolio showcasing photo and video editing work
