Job Summary

The Photographer & Video Editor is responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos and transforming them into compelling visual content. The role requires strong technical skills in photography, video editing, and graphic design, along with proficiency in Canva to create engaging digital and marketing materials aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional photo shoots for events, products, interiors, people, and promotional campaigns

• Capture and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and corporate presentations

• Perform post-production tasks including colour correction, retouching, video trimming, transitions, sound synchronization, and effects

• Design creative visual content using Canva for digital platforms, social media posts, banners, posters, and presentations

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts and content strategies

• Maintain and manage photography and video equipment

• Organize, archive, and manage digital assets efficiently

• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and quality standards

• Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and creative tools

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of photography techniques, lighting, composition, and camera equipment

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)

• Good working knowledge of Canva for design and content creation

• Basic understanding of graphic design principles

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Photography, Media, Film, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)

• Proven experience as a Photographer and Video Editor

• Portfolio showcasing photography, video editing, and design work

Working Conditions

• Flexible working hours based on shoot schedules and project requirements

• Occasional travel and outdoor shoots may be required
