Job Title: Photographer and Editor Job

Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer and Editor to capture, edit, and produce high-quality visual content for a variety of projects including marketing campaigns, events, product showcases, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is skilled in both photography and post-production editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to tell compelling visual stories.

Key Responsibilities: Photography:

• Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality photographs for various needs (e.g., events, portraits, products, lifestyle).
• Set up lighting, composition, and backdrops to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Collaborate with creative teams, clients, or marketing departments to understand project requirements.
• Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring everything is functional and organized.

Editing:

• Retouch and edit photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.
• Color corrects, crop, and enhance images for clarity and visual appeal.
• Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand or client guidelines.
• Organize and archive photo libraries and maintain file naming conventions.
• Requirements: Proven experience as a photographer and photo editor.
• Proficient in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, or similar.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and post-production techniques.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and in a team.
• Degree or certification in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Preferred Skills: Video shooting and editing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or content creation.
• Experience with studio and on-location shooting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical abilities.
• Work Environment: On-site and remote work depending on project needs.
• May require travel for location shoots.
• Flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for special events.
