Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist to manage patient treatment and support smooth day-to-day clinic operations. The role is open to both experienced and early-career physiotherapists who are clinically sound, disciplined, and patient-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and deliver physiotherapy treatments as per clinical protocols
• Create and execute rehabilitation plans for pain management and recovery
• Handle therapy sessions independently or under guidance (based on experience)
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment records
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, and preventive care
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and professional conduct in the clinic
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• For senior candidates: mentor juniors and ensure smooth flow of clinic operations

Eligibility & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
• Valid registration with State/Central Physiotherapy Council
• Good knowledge of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation therapy
• Clear communication and patient-handling skills
• Ethical, punctual, and process-oriented mindset

Experience

• 2+ years: Junior Physiotherapist
• 4+ years: Senior Physiotherapist (additional responsibilities based on experience)
