Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR managers, and companies for student placements.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interview sessions.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure students are job-ready (resume, soft skills, mock interviews).
- Track student placement data and maintain placement records.
- Communicate job opportunities to students and schedule interviews.
- Assist students with resume building and career guidance.
- Follow up with companies for feedback and offer confirmations.
- Prepare regular placement reports and performance metrics.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and networking skills
- Experience in corporate relations or student placement activities
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and job portals
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or training institute operations (preferred)
- Freshers with strong networking and communication skills may also apply.
