Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Arowai Digital, 3M72+JP6, Hennur Bengaluru Main Rd, Sangam Enclave, Kuvempu Layout, Kothanur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077

Work Mode: Work from Office

Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM

Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate conversations with potential clients to qualify leads.
• Clearly explain Arowai Digital’s services to prospects via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify client pain points and pitch appropriate service offerings.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure follow-ups are done on time.
• Support the sales team in appointment setting and initial client communication.
• Build trust and rapport with leads for smooth handover to the sales team.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training can be provided).
• Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
