Shift: Australian Business Hours (Night Shift)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with potential clients during Australian business hours.

* Conduct product/service presentations and handle pre-sales queries.

* Build rapport with prospects and support the sales team in lead conversion.

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

🔹 Requirements:

* Prior experience in pre-sales or sales.

* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

* Must have a personal laptop in good working condition.

* High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 40 Mbps.

* Headphones with clear audio quality for calls and meetings.

* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from disturbances.
