Pre sales Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Associate located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Presales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, providing expert real estate advice, conducting market analysis, and preparing project presentations. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, working closely with the sales team, and supporting project management activities to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

• Experienced in consulting to offer expert real estate advice.
• Skilled in sales and presales activities to engage and convert potential clients.
• Capable in project management to support and oversee project deliverables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
