Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads (walk-ins, calls, website inquiries, referrals).
- Understand client requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings with the design team.
- Assist in preparing design briefs and project scope documents.
- Support in preparing quotations, BOQs, and presentations.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and conversion.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate between sales, design, and project execution teams.
- Support sales team in closing deals.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to project confirmation.
