HomeSource is hiring a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Manager to lead and manage pre-sales operations in the real estate segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Manage and guide the pre-sales team to achieve targets
- Coordinate with sales managers for site visits and closures
- Maintain CRM updates and lead data accuracy
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options
- Improve conversion ratios and customer experience
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate pre-sales / tele-sales
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
