Fluxio Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Team Lead (Female only) to oversee and drive the performance of our pre-sales team. The ideal candidate must have a real estate background and a strong ability to manage teams, ensure compliance, and optimize lead conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the pre-sales team to achieve daily targets and performance metrics.
• Assign tasks efficiently and ensure their timely completion.
• Direct the team for optimal productivity and goal alignment.
• Maintain high accuracy in managing and updating leads in CRM systems.
• Track daily follow-ups, maintain updated records, and generate reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
• Monitor and report discrepancies in task completion and lead handling.
• Ensure all compliance protocols and internal standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Experience: 2–3 years mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, and other regional languages
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Flexible, proactive, and goal-oriented approach
• Proficient in CRM systems and Google Sheets/Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
