Job Description
Job summary : The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, conducting initial client interactions, maintaining CRM data, and supporting the sales team with smooth lead coordination. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in real estate sales and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location.
Share brochures, videos, and other project information.
Schedule site visits and follow up regularly.
Update CRM with lead details, follow-up status, and next actions.
Track and monitor daily follow-ups.
Assign qualified leads to sales executives.
Coordinate site visits and maintain visit schedules.
Stay updated on competitor projects and trends.
Learn all project details—pricing, inventory.
Prepare daily and weekly lead reports.
Share updates on lead conversion status.
Maintain professional communication.
Gather customer feedback after site visits.
Qualifications & Experience:
candidates with 1–2 year experience can apply.
Good communication skills (English + local language).
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Comfortable with phone calls and follow-ups Ability to understand client needs.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, CRM).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge MS Office, Excel, CRM tools.
Tele-calling / Customer service Inside sales Real estate sales support CRM or lead handling.
Experience in handling client calls and follow-ups is beneficial.
