Presales Executive

Job Description

Homesource is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to handle property inquiries, qualify leads, and support the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and an interest in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from property leads
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
• Follow up with clients to ensure lead conversion
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Coordinate with sales and management teams
• Ensure excellent customer experience and professional communication

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good verbal communication skills (English + local language preferred)
• Experience in real estate pre-sales / telecalling / inside sales is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Target-oriented and result-driven
• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
