Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial meetings and presentations to gather information about the client's business needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and other presales materials.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor in the pre-sales phase.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Align proposed solutions with client business goals and challenges.
- Work closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Articulate technical features and benefits in a way that resonates with non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create persuasive and well-documented proposals.
- Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams, facilitating effective communication.
- Analyze competitor strategies and adjust presales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Work with the product management and development teams to understand the product's capabilities and limitations.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on new product features and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in presales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer relation management.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the industry and the company's products/services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi or Kannada will be an added advantage.
