RFQ & NegotiationFloat RFQs and compare quotations (Techno-Commercial Comparison)

• Conduct price negotiations to achieve cost savings.
• Finalize rates as per budget and management approval.

Purchase Order ManagementPrepare and release Purchase Orders in SAP

• Ensure clarity in payment terms, delivery terms, and specifications.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

Coordination & Follow-upFollow up with vendors for dispatch schedules.

• Coordinate with stores for GRN and material inspection.
• Resolve supply-related issues with vendors.

Cost ControlMonitor price trends of key materials (Steel, Cement, Electrical, PEB, MEP items).

• Support cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure procurement within approved budget.
