Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Product Development team as Activity Coordinators. The role involves supporting engineering teams in planning, coordinating, and tracking product development activities across mechanical, electronics, and software domains.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily product development activities among cross-functional engineering teams.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Assist in documentation, reports, and project updates.

Communicate with mechanical, electronics, and software teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor progress of product development tasks and highlight delays or risks.

Support prototype development, testing schedules, and design reviews.

Maintain project records, technical documents, and development logs.

Work closely with senior engineers to ensure project objectives are achieved.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of product development lifecycle.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of engineering concepts relevant to the respective discipline.

Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (project tracking is a plus).

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Exposure to project management tools.

Basic knowledge of CAD / programming / electronics depending on specialization.

Internship or academic project related to product development.
