Product Lead – Build & Structure

Role PurposeBuild, launch, and structure products from idea to execution across Anantha Living’s ecosystem (wellness, experiences, digital, community).

This role is hands-on and execution-heavy — ideal for someone who has built products, processes, or pilots, not just managed teams.

• Key Responsibilities1. Product Building & ExecutionTranslate founder vision into clear product plans
• Support product development (physical / digital / experience)
• Own pilot launches and MVPs
• Document learnings and optimize quickly
• 2. Product StructuringCreate basic SOPs, checklists, and workflows
• Define product specs, pricing logic, and delivery flow
• Build repeatable product frameworks
• 3. Cross-Team CoordinationWork with vendors, developers, designers, ops & marketing
• Ensure on-time launches and smooth handovers
• Track dependencies and execution gaps
• 4. Customer Feedback & ImprovementCollect user feedback from early customers
• Identify friction points and improvement areas
• Loop insights back into product iteration
• 5. Data & ReportingTrack basic product metrics (usage, conversion, repeat)
• Prepare weekly/monthly product performance updates
• Support decision-making with insights
