Job Title: Production Designer – Signage & Large Format PrintingAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Production Designer who bridges design and fabrication — someone who can visualize signage concepts creatively and translate them into production-ready drawings. This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and on-ground execution — ideal for someone who enjoys bringing spatial design ideas to life through materials, light, and structure.

• Key Responsibilities
• Concept Visualization: Create realistic mockups of signage and branding installations over client site images.
• Production Drawings: Prepare accurate, scale-based, and material-specific drawings for large-format printing, plotting, and fabrication.
• Material Coordination: Specify correct materials (acrylic, ACP, SS, aluminum, PVC, LED modules, etc.) as per project type (backlit, non-lit, reverse-lit, etc.) referencing Space Crafter Studio’s signage standards.
• Print & Plot Support: Support the production team by providing ready files, print layouts, and vinyl/film cut paths.
• On-Site Integration: Collaborate with installers and vendors to ensure correct scaling, color matching, and alignment during execution.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Design, Sales, and Production teams to translate client briefs into executable signage solutions.
• Quality & Consistency: Maintain Space Crafter’s visual and material quality across all deliverables — from mockups to final production.
• Requirements2–3 years’ experience in signage design, print production, or environmental branding.

• Strong proficiency in:
• CorelDRAW – Production layouts, die-cuts, print setup
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – Mockups, image manipulation, presentations
• AutoCAD – Scaled layouts, plan & elevation signage drawings
• Canva / AI visualization tools (added advantage)
• In-depth understanding of materials and processes: ACP, acrylic, PVC, LEDs, paints, vinyls, and fabrication methods.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and elevations.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); clear communication with teams and clients.
• High attention to detail, deadline discipline, and design-to-production accuracy.
• Preferred QualificationsDiploma or Degree in Graphic Design / Visual Communication / Interior or Industrial Design.
• Prior experience in signage, wayfinding, or large-format printing.
• Basic knowledge of 3D visualization software (SketchUp, Blender, Dimension, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with lighting, mounting methods, and material combinations for indoor and outdoor signages.
