Production Engineer - Shop Floor

Role Purpose:

To ensure daily production targets are achieved with proper manpower utilization, process control, and coordination across all stages of manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and allocate daily jobs to shop floor teams.
2. Monitor cutting, bending, welding, fit-up, assembly, and finishing activities.
3. Ensure job completion as per production sequence and target date.
4. Coordinate with quality team for in-process inspection.
5. Reduce idle time, delays, and rework.
6. Update daily production status to seniors.
7. Track pending jobs and bottlenecks.
8. Ensure materials and drawings are available before starting the job.
9. Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in fabrication production, steel, PEB, poles, or structural industry
