Production & Fabrication Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Production & Fabrication professional with hands-on experience in advertising and on-ground brand executions. This role is critical to translating creative ideas into high-quality physical assets—including kiosks, signages, retail fixtures, activations, and custom brand structures—delivered on time, within budget, and at scale.

You will own the end-to-end production lifecycle, from material planning and vendor coordination to fabrication, quality checks, logistics, and on-ground installation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

• Understand creative layouts, BOQs, and technical drawings for BTL and retail branding projects
• Plan production timelines aligned with campaign schedules and site readiness
• Execute fabrication for assets such as kiosks, stalls, backdrops, signages, standees, fixtures, POSM, and custom structures
• Ensure feasibility, durability, and finish quality across all production outputs

2. Vendor & Workshop Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage fabrication vendors, carpenters, printers, metal fabricators, and installers
• Negotiate costs, timelines, and material specifications
• Supervise vendor work to ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards
• Maintain a reliable vendor ecosystem across cities (preferred)

3. Material & Cost Control

• Prepare BOQs, material lists, and cost estimates
• Optimize material usage without compromising quality or brand standards
• Track production costs vs approved budgets and flag deviations proactively
• Support commercial teams with accurate production costing for proposals

4. Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct quality checks at fabrication and pre-dispatch stages
• Ensure branding accuracy (colors, finishes, sizes, branding guidelines)
• Ensure structural safety and installation compliance at site
• Troubleshoot last-minute production or installation challenges on-ground

5. Logistics & Installation Coordination

• Coordinate dispatch, transportation, and on-site installation
• Manage setup and dismantling schedules for activations and events
• Coordinate with client sites, malls, RWAs, and local authorities where required
• Ensure smooth handover and site sign-off post installation

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Creative, Client Servicing, and Operations teams
• Translate creative intent into executable production solutions
• Provide technical inputs during concept finalization to avoid execution risks

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of advertising fabrication materials (wood, metal, MDF, acrylic, vinyl, flex, foam board, LED, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with BTL activations, retail branding, mall installations, kiosks, and events
• Ability to read and interpret layouts, mockups, and working drawings
• Strong vendor negotiation and project coordination skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to travel and manage on-ground execution

Preferred Background

• Experience in advertising agencies, BTL agencies, retail branding firms, event companies, or OOH production
• Exposure to multi-city or large-scale brand rollouts
• Prior experience managing fabrication under tight timelines
