Experience: Minimum 2 years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000(fixed)

- Plan and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Supervise fabrication teams and allocate work efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards through routine checks and process adherence.
- Monitor material usage and maintain accurate production reports.
🎯 Key Requirements
- Engineering background needed
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication/production
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes
- Team management and communication skills
- Ability to resolve production issues promptly
