Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to streamline our manufacturing operations and ensure timely delivery of premium products. This role requires someone who can balance efficiency with uncompromising quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules across all product categories
• Oversee workflow efficiency and optimize production processes
• Manage production team staffing, scheduling, and performance
• Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with suppliers
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Track production metrics, waste management, and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for order fulfillment

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in food production management, preferably in bakery/confectionery
• Strong understanding of production planning and inventory management
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in production management software and MS Office
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in premium/luxury food segment
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
