Looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage daily operations, ensure quality output, and lead the production team in a furniture manufacturing setup.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily production activities and meet targets
• Maintain quality of materials, processes & finished products
• Lead and train production team; ensure safety & cleanliness
• Coordinate with design team for drawings & specifications
• Manage materials and raise purchase requirements
• Prepare daily & monthly production reports (MIS)
• Improve process efficiency and dispatch operations

• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Experience in production / manufacturing setup preferred
• Strong team handling and leadership skills
• Good organizational and time management ability
