Job Title: Project Manager – Fabrication / Civil Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to handle fabrication and civil work projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, team coordination, quality control, and ensuring the project is completed within timeline and budget.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor day-to-day project activities.
• Supervise fabrication, erection, and civil works as per drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site team.
• Prepare project schedule, material requirements, and manpower planning.
• Ensure quality standards and safety rules are followed at site.
• Review drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Maintain daily progress reports and documentation.
• Handle client meetings and resolve technical/site issues.
• Control project cost and avoid material wastage.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per project plan.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of fabrication, welding, erection, and civil works.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / xl / Email).

Qualifications - Diploma / BE in Civil / Civil Engineer

3–10 years experience in fabrication or civil project management.

SalaryBased on experience (Negotiable).
