Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Professional to lead and manage end-to-end projects in our 3D printing service division. The role involves coordinating with sales, design, production, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction across additive manufacturing projects.

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end 3D printing projects (from enquiry to delivery)
• Prepare project timelines, milestones, and resource plans
• Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery

Client & Internal Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact for customers
• Coordinate with sales, design, printing, post-processing, and QC teams
• Handle change requests, scope variations, and client expectations

Technical & Production Management

• Understand different 3D printing technologies (SLA, FDM, SLS, MJF, Metal AM – basic understanding is sufficient)
• Ensure correct material selection, process flow, and quality standards
• Coordinate outsourcing / vendor jobs when required

Cost, Quality & Risk Control

• Monitor project costs and margins
• Identify risks and proactively resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure documentation, quality checks, and delivery standards

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain project trackers, MIS, and status reports
• Weekly & monthly project performance reporting to management

Skills

• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Customer-facing and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / Project management tools
