Project Manager

Objectives of this Role :

1.   Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

2.   Liaise with management and clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes, and objectives, that align with organizational goals.

3.   Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets.

4.   Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to achieve maximum benefit.

5.   Assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members, based on individual strengths and abilities.

6.   Build the skill sets of individual team members and capture overall learning’s for the company.

7.   Achieve organizational goals while upholding standards and best practices.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

1.   Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.

2.   Assist in assigning project tasks to  relevant parties and check in for status updates.

3.   Develop and maintain project performance databases that track overall progress and the accomplishment of specific milestones.

4.   Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.

5.   Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans.

6.   Act as a point of communication between company teams and external

           Resources.

7.   Deepen partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers.

Skills and Qualifications: 

1.   Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

2.   2+ years’ project management experience.

3.   Hands-on experience with managing clients and teams.

4.   Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.

5.   Hands-on experience with data documentation and Software Testing.

6.   Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
