Purchase Executive

We are looking for purchase person, also known as a purchasing agent or officer, is responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing the procurement of goods, materials, and services for an organization. Key duties include researching vendors, negotiating contracts, managing costs, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining inventory records to support operational efficiency and quality standards. 

Core responsibilities

• Supplier and vendor management: Research, evaluate, and select vendors, and maintain strong professional relationships with them. 
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value for the company. 
• Procurement and ordering: Place orders for goods and services based on internal department needs, ensuring they align with the company's budget and quality standards. 
• Cost control: Analyze prices and conduct market research to find cost-effective solutions and maximize return on investment. 
• Logistics and delivery: Coordinate with shipping and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all procured items. 
• Inventory and quality control: Monitor stock levels, inspect received goods for quality, and resolve any discrepancies. 
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all orders, shipments, payments, and inventory levels. 
• Internal collaboration: Liaise with different departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure smooth operations.
