Purchase Executive

Looking for a Candidate with 7 to 10 years’ experience as a procurement manager for a Real Estate company in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

1.   Create and manage purchase orders with assigned Item with specifications, and requirements.

2.   Procure materials in a timely manner ensuring adherence to the budgets

3.   Maintain communication with suppliers to obtain competitive prices, benchmark costs, and manage the development of new suppliers to diversify sourcing options.

4.    Identify and negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and cost-saving opportunities to optimize procurement efficiency.

5.   Oversee incoming shipments and ensure accurate receipt of ordered units by reconciling purchase orders with received quantities

6.   Partner with the Operations Manager to plan and execute timely reordering based on demand forecasts and inventory levels

7.   Track Purchase Orders with payments and work done at the site

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Planning and Procurement

7 to 10 years of experience in procurement in a real estate company.
