The Purchase Executive will be responsible for handling procurement activities related to raw materials and other required items for the organization. The role involves vendor coordination, purchase order management, and ensuring timely procurement as per quality and cost requirements. The candidate must have prior experience in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle procurement of raw materials, accessories, and other production-related items

·        Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers

·        Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirements

·        Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors

·        Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules

·        Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and documentation

·        Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams

·        Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

Skills & Requirements

·        2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the textile industry

·        Good knowledge of purchasing processes and vendor management

·        Strong negotiation and communication skills

·        Basic knowledge of documentation, billing, and inventory coordination

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
