SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Manual Test Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in software testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test case design, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and technical requirements to identify test scenarios
• Design, write, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Perform various types of testing including Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, System, and UAT support
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect tracking tools
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to resolve issues
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices
• Participate in test reviews, requirement reviews, and sprint planning meetings
• Prepare test execution reports and provide quality metrics
• Validate fixes and perform regression testing post defect resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
• Required Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Experience in test case design techniques and test documentation
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, ALM)
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience in API testing basics (Postman or similar) is a plus
• Understanding of databases and ability to write basic SQL queries
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good to HaveExposure to Automation Testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience in performance or security testing concepts
• Domain knowledge (Banking, Healthcare, E-commerce, Telecom, etc.)
• EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
