QA / QC Analyst

Job Summary

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all real estate processes, data, customer interactions, and deliverables meet established quality standards. This role involves reviewing operations, analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and recommending corrective actions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Monitoring

• Track and report quality metrics.

2. Process Improvement

• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Monitor progress and report to management.

3. Data & Reporting

• Analyze error rates, and turnaround times.
• Prepare dashboards and quality reports.

4. Feedback & Training

• Provide performance feedback to teams.
• Support training and SOP updates.

5. Compliance

• Ensure adherence to RERA and company policies.
• Maintain proper quality documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in QA (real estate)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
