QA/QC Engineer

We are a CNC/VMC precision machining company looking for an experienced QC Engineer / QC Executive to handle quality inspection, ISO documentation, and customer coordination.

Responsibilities:

• In-process and final inspection of CNC/VMC & manual machined parts
• Prepare dimensional reports, check sheets, PQR
• Handle ISO 9001 documentation – records, NCR, CAPA, calibration
• Support internal & customer audits
• Handle customer quality issues, rejections & clarifications
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to avoid rejections
• Support basic PPAP / FAI documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in CNC/VMC machining quality
• Drawing reading & GD&T basics
• Instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, Bore gauge, Height gauge
• Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Hands-on ISO documentation experience

Preferred:

• PPAP knowledge (PSW, Control Plan, PFMEA basics)
• Customer handling or audit exposure
• CMM / Profile projector experience
