Job Title: Quality Check & Report Uploading Executive

Location: Kundalahalli, Bengaluru

Department: Operations / Quality

Job Summary:

The Quality Check & Report Uploading Executive will be responsible for reviewing operational cases, ensuring accuracy of information, maintaining quality standards, and uploading reports in the required systems within the defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct quality checks on completed cases/calls/tasks to ensure adherence to company standards and process guidelines.
2. Identify errors, discrepancies, or missing information and highlight them to the concerned team members.
3. Prepare and upload reports accurately in the designated systems or portals within the specified timelines.
4. Maintain proper documentation and records of quality audits and reports.
5. Ensure all reports are reviewed for accuracy before uploading.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to clarify information or resolve discrepancies.
7. Track daily activities and maintain productivity reports.
8. Follow internal compliance and data confidentiality guidelines.
9. Assist the management team in improving quality processes and reporting efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and observation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (Preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in Quality Check / Operations / Data Management (Freshers can also apply)
