Job Description

1. Role SummaryThe Quality Lead will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all program data and deliverables, across skilling completions and paid employment outcomes. This role is responsible for end-to-end verification, quality audits, compliance tracking, MIS reporting, and ensuring readiness for 100% verification protocol.


2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Evidence Verification  Ensure each candidate’s evidence set is complete and authentic:

For Skilling (B1):

  • Course completion. 
  • Verification of project evidence . 

For Placement (B2):

  • Offer letter authenticity check
  • Signed self-declaration from candidate
  • Joining confirmation through candidate + employer verification
  • Additional employer validation for employers offering >20 placements


  • C. Quality Assurance & Field ValidationConduct regular QA audits (telephonic + field) of trainees, institutions, employers.
  • Verify authenticity of placement and skilling claims through sampling.
  • Ensure the program is free from unethical practices, misreporting or coercive mobilisation.
  • Document quality findings and corrective action plans.
  • D. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all deliverables.
  • E. Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure full adherence to  data privacy norms, and verification protocols.
  • Identify risks (low mobilisation, verification failures, data mismatches) and implement mitigation actions.
  • Track repeat errors and build preventive mechanisms.


3. Required QualificationsEssentialBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.

2+ years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, MIS, or quality assurance in skilling/placement projects.

Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Experience conducting audits, verification checks, and compliance reviews.


PreferredExperience working with CSR programs, or government skilling/placement initiatives.

Familiarity with women-focused outreach, employability programs, and placement tracking.
