Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Sales processes, with a proven ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Expertise in Residential Real Estate, including knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and property evaluation.
• Strong Account Management skills to build and nurture client relationships effectively.
• Experience in Training or mentoring team members is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Relevant educational background or equivalent experience in real estate or sales.
