Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max). The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of PPC strategy, experience with A/B testing, and a proven track record of improving ROI through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, PMax).

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to develop effective ad strategies.

Write compelling ad copy and design high-performing creatives (in collaboration with design team).

Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns as needed to meet KPIs.

Perform ongoing split testing (A/B tests) on ads and landing pages.

Analyze campaign results using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Data Studio.

Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Stay up to date with industry trends, Google Ads policy changes, and best practices.

Manage campaign budgets and bids to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with SEO, content, and product teams to ensure alignment on business goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google Ads campaigns.

Real estate background is preferable

Google Ads certification(s) strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio (Looker Studio).

Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Experience with remarketing, conversion tracking, and lead generation strategies.
