Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Lead Management: Identify, attract, and build relationships with potential buyers/sellers, managing a client database.

Property Marketing & Sales: List properties, conduct showings/open houses, provide market insights, and promote properties.

Negotiation & Closing: Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and guide clients through the entire sales process until closing.

Market Expertise: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, zoning laws, and real estate regulations.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Documentation: Prepare contracts, sales reports, and ensure compliance.
