Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying updated on market trends. The role demands strong sales skills, market knowledge, and customer service orientation


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new clients: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Promote and sell properties: Showcase residential and commercial listings to potential buyers.
  • Conduct property viewings: Organize site visits and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Draft contracts, negotiate terms, and finalize transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends: Monitor property values, laws, and industry developments.
  • Prepare sales presentations: Deliver proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain client records: Keep accurate databases and follow up for repeat business.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience: Preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong market knowledge: Understanding of property values, legal frameworks, and local trends.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Negotiation expertise: Skilled in closing deals and handling objections.
