Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive who can generate leads, conduct site visits, close deals, and achieve sales targets in the primary residential market.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads through calls, references, and digital platforms
  • Conduct site visits and project presentations
  • Understand client requirements (budget, location, configuration)
  • Coordinate with developers for pricing, availability, and offers
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain CRM updates and client follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

.Strong communication and convincing skills

  • Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market preferred
  • Ability to handle HNI and end-user clients
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Two-wheeler preferred for site visits
