Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant / Business Development Executive with a focus on Real Estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate market, an ability to build strong relationships, and a proven track record of sales closure. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through bookings and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert potential leads for residential real estate projects (flats, apartments, and villas).
  • Handle the entire sales process inquiry handling, site visits, negotiation, and closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and real estate developers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide clients with guidance and assistance in purchasing property.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities, property exhibitions, and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2 -5 years of Sales Experience.
  • At least 6 months of Experience in Real Estate Residential Sales (flats, apartments, or villas) is needed.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Only candidates who reside in Bangalore can apply for the job. Outstation candidates are not preferred.


AGE:

23 to 30 Years (Male only)

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary 30k to 45k Incentives - 60k to 80k
