Job Description
- Key Responsibilities :-
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for residential and/or commercial real estate projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, channel partners, and brokers
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales deals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in the Bengaluru real estate market
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and sales teams to ensure smooth transaction closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets and achieve more incentives in your salary
