About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Relationship Executive to represent our brand and maintain strong client relations. This role involves fieldwork, property visits, client coordination, and supporting the sales team with on-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Meet clients for property site visits and explain project details

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners

* Collect and verify client requirements to match suitable properties

* Coordinate with the CRM and sales team for closures

* Maintain daily field activity reports

* Represent the company professionally during client interactions

* Support marketing and promotional activities when required

Desired Candidate Profile

* Strong communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi)

* Pleasant personality with excellent client-handling skills

* Must be comfortable with fieldwork and property visits

* Good knowledge of North Bangalore localities is an added advantage

* Ability to work independently with a result-oriented approach

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / WhatsApp / CRM tools)

* Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
